  7. Hacemos un majado con los ajos y el perejil en el mortero y añadimos el vino, mezclamos y añadimos a la cazuela dejamos 15 min a fuego medio
  8. Cuando se haya evaporado un poco el vino metemos las albóndigas y dejamos que cueza todo
  9. 15 min después estará listo
