  5. Juntar todos los ingredientes en una olla grande, aliñar con sal y aliños a gusto. Yo le agregue soja y merquen, así que no le agregue más sal, si no le agrego soja y ají rojo pruébelo y agregue un poco más de sal si hiciera falta.
  6. Mezclar todo un rato a fuego lento; tapar unos 5 minutos para que repose y se mezclen bien todos los sabores.
    Servir caliente si gusta con un huevo cocido rallado o queso rallado encima para adornar cada plato.
