- Destapar la olla y seguir cocinando unos 10 minutos para que el caldo se evapore. Mientras pasa ese tiempo cocer un huevo en un cazo con agua y una pizca de sal, cuando el agua hierva dejar al fuego 10 minutos más y ya se puede pelar y picar en taquitos. Picar las olivas

- Añadir el huevo picado y las olivas a la olla, remover, y apagar el fuego
