Añadimos la carne de pimiento choricero, cayena al gusto, el pan rallado y sofreímos 5 minutos a 100º velocidad 1. Mientras damos forma a las albóndigas y las colocamos en el varoma.
  4. Añadimos el caldo de pescado y rectificamos de sal si fuera necesario, ponemos la bandeja del varoma sobre el vaso y programamos 23 minutos, temperatura varoma, velocidad 2. Sacamos a una fuente u olla las albóndigas, vertemos la salsa por encima y servimos. ¡Buen provecho!!!
