- Cuando esté cocinado el chorizo añadimos el repollo y movemos (costará un poco hasta que suelte el agua y reduzca de tamaño)
- Salteamos unos minutos y echamos sal, pimienta y comino al gusto (cuidado que lleva chorizo y es fuerte de sabor) y un chorreoncito de vinagre, tapamos la olla y dejamos cocinar 3 minutos
- Ahora echamos el caldo (yo puse de cocido que le va genial al repollo, pero puede ser otro de carne o verduras, entre 1 y 2 vasos, dependiendo de lo grande que sea el repollo) y tapamos
- Dejamos cocer, removiendo de vez en cuando para que no se pegue y para ver la textura (yo le dejé 25-30 min, porque me gusta muy blandito)
- Cuando le falten unos 5 minutos añadimos el pimentón dulce, removemos y dejamos acabar de cocinar.
