  6. Ahora ya es elegir... Comerlas solas o hacer tu salsa preferida y echarla por encima... Buen provecho!!

Yo he hecho salsa de vino tinto: 1 zanahoria pequeña, 1/2 cebolla, 1 ajo, 1/4 pimiento verde, 30 gr aceite oliva y lo he picado 3 minutos a velocidad 2, luego he rehogado 3 minutos a velocidad 1 y temperatura varoma. He añadido 100 ml de vino tinto, 200 ml agua, 125 tomate frito, sal, 1/2 pastilla de caldo de carne, perejil y 1 cucharada de maizena. Programado 20 minutos a velocidad 1 temperatura varoma y cuando termina se tritura a velocidad 5 7 9 y se sirve encima de las albóndigas...
