- Mientras tanto voy haciendo el relleno, pelar y cortar chiquita la cebolla, poner a rehogar, luego le agrego la carne y vamos revolviendo unos minutitos, condimentamos, dejamos cocinar unos 10/15 minutos y agrego los zapallitos cortados y revolvemos muy bien...

NO TAPAR LA OLLA EN LA QUE HACEMOS EL RELLENO, Así SE VA EVAPORANDO LOS Líquidos QUE SE PRODUCEN_


- Cuando ya vemos el Zapallito casi listo agrego las cucharadas de queso, revuelvo y retiramos del fuego. Por último agregamos los huevos previamente batidos (un poquito hasta romper yema)revolvemos bien



- Ya lista la masa, estirar y medir el molde que utilizaremos.
A mí me salieron 2 tartas una grande en molde 22 cm. Y una pequeña en molde 14cm


- Volcar el relleno sobre las tarteras, colocar los bastones de queso y llevar a horno 180° por 35 min. (Dependiendo de cada horno)


- Quedo súper rica y la masira súper crocante 😉👌🏻👍🏻❤
